Areas currently affected: Bradford, Harrogate, Keighley, Leeds, Pudsey, Wakefield, Barnstaple, Bude, Chulmleigh, Colyton, Crediton, Cullompton, Durham, Stanley, Consett, Exeter, Honiton, Huntly, Keith, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Newton Abbot, Ottery St Mary, Paignton, Rowlands Gill, Sidmouth, Totnes and South Brent.
Please note that carrier delivery services aim to deliver 95% - 98% of parcels on time. This is not a guarantee, so please do allow for this when placing your order. No deliveries will be made on the days our warehouse is closed - this includes Bank Holidays.

- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
- The Delivery timeframe chosen at checkout starts once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware so we can resolve the issue.
