DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note: due to high order volumes during the Black Friday and Christmas period, you may experience a slight delay in our economy delivery times. Please rest assured your parcel is on its way. 

Carrier delivery services aim to deliver 95% - 98% of parcels on time. This is not a guarantee, so please do allow for this when placing your order. No deliveries will be made on the days our warehouse is closed - this includes Bank Holidays.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing orders by Friday 19th December at the latest. We cannot guarantee that orders placed after this date will arrived in time for Christmas. Our carriers don't process orders between 25th and 28th of December, so any orders placed during this time may experience a slight delay.






THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
  • The Delivery timeframe chosen at checkout starts once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware so we can resolve the issue.

  • Evri Economy (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS): £3.99
  • Evri Pick-up Point (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS): £3.99
  • Non UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland) : £20.00 
  • Parcelforce Premium (Next Business Day) order must be placed before 2pm (excludes Fri, Sat & Sun): £5.99
