DELIVERY INFORMATION
Mark Hill works closely with its trusted carrier partners to deliver every time and does this at least 98% of the time, but unfortunately it can’t always be guaranteed. To ensure your order arrives smoothly and on time, we recommend allowing a little extra time when placing your order.
Please note that deliveries do not take place on days when our warehouse is closed, including Bank Holidays.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Our Christmas delivery cut-off has now passed (Friday 19th December). Orders placed after this date will still be dispatched with care, however delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
As our carriers pause operations between 25th and 28th December, orders placed during this period will be despatched w/c 29th December. We appreciate your understanding during this busy festive season.

- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
- The Delivery timeframe chosen at checkout starts once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware so we can resolve the issue.
