We are currently experiencing a slight delay in our economy delivery times. Please rest assured your parcel is on it's way. To check the status of a delivery you can email customercare@markhill.co.uk.
Please note that carrier delivery services aim to deliver 95% - 98% of parcels on time. This is not a guarantee, so please do allow for this when placing your order. No deliveries will be made on the days our warehouse is closed - this includes Bank Holidays.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
- The Delivery timeframe chosen at checkout starts once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware so we can resolve the issue.
- FREE UK MAINLAND (excluding Northern Ireland) OVER £50.00
- ECONOMY (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS): £3.99
- STANDARD (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS): £5.49
- NON UK MAINLAND (including Northern Ireland) : £20.00
BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Orders placed before 12:00pm will be shipped for next day delivery. Please note that carrier delivery services aim to deliver 95% - 98% of parcels on time. This is not a guarantee, so please do allow for this when placing your order. No deliveries will be made on the days our warehouse is closed.
- All orders must to be placed before noon on Wednesday 18th December for arrival on/before Tue 24th December (Christmas Eve)
- Please note: Due to high order volumes, some orders may take slightly longer than the stated delivery dates during November and December
