Returns Process

WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

We're sorry to hear you want to return an item.

Below are the steps you need to take to process your return with Hermes.

Once we receive your item back we will process your refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. On a full order return, customers will be refunded for any original postage costs to receive the goods.

Only new, unused items in original packaging can be returned unless they are faulty. If items are faulty then please email store@markhill.co.uk to arrange this return/ exchange directly.

STEP ONE:  To return your order, you’ll need to generate a returns label online via this LINK. This will generate a QR or 6-digit code for your return. (Read our full Terms & Conditions HERE)                         

STEP TWO: You’ll then need to take this code with you to your nearest HERMES PARCELSHOP where they can print your returns label for you. You also have the option of collection from home with Hermes.
